Rooted in Tosakko’s legacy since the 1960s—when Mr. Minoru Yasuda sold ramen from a Tokyo pushcart—we uphold the spirit of craftsmanship, bringing authentic, heartfelt flavors of rich backfat tonkotsu ramen and traditional yakitori to diners worldwide.
